One of northern CA's top engine builders, a Pantera owner & vintage racer, 
used to work a day-job at United Airlines & commuted 55 miles one way in a Ford 
Fiesta. He completely wore it out in 10 yrs but said he saved enough to afford 
to vintage-race his Mustang. And in Bay Area commute traffic, a performance
