Hi all,
  I'm sure some of the Team Pantera/Gruppo Rompiculi Corsa member are 
already on their way to
Sanderson TEXAS for the 2006 Big Bend Open Road Race.  This year we have

Steve Hawkins,
David Bell, John Taphorn and myself running Panteras.  We had a couple
of 
people forced out by
mechanical or work issues and we will miss them this year...but there is

always October and the
RoadRunner.  The weather in San Antonio is beautiful today, but there
are 
chances for thunderstorms in West TEXAS the day of the race.  Running in
the 
rain is fine with me, I just don't like waiting around in the rain.  If
I 
can make contact over the weekend I'll let you know how we do.  Wish us 
luck.
