Yes. A generic 225-50x 15 front tire is a bolt-on to most Panteras with
either a 7" or by stretching the casing a bit, on an 8" Campy with the wider
wheel's better scrub-radius & resultant easier steering. A 245-50 x 15 will fit on
an 8" Campy in front with some fender clearancing, but to my knowlege, Pirelli
never made such a size during the hey-day of the P-7 and P-7Rs. If it were up
to me, the size I would push would be 245-50x 15 for the fronts, in spite of
the extra work to fit the wider rubber. My 2¢- J DeRyke
