I got the ZF out and the clutch seems OK. I think what happen is my 1/2 shafts were spewing grease and when I went around the hair pin corner some of that grease was flung into the sight hole of the bell housing. The pressure plate and flywheel both had glazing on them, an indication of some kind of contaminate. I am sending the clutch out to CF for a rebuild. Is it possible to replace the three studs on either side of the ZF that hold the mounting Al brackets with the bushings onto the chassis clevis with bolts? That way the bolts could be removed and the mounts just rotated out of the way. I had a hellofa time removing the bushing brackets from the ZF.
