It exists and is available through FRPP as the "Sportsman 351 Short Track
Bearing and Spacer Kit" p/n M-6339-A351. The main bearing spacer kit allows
OEM 351W blocks with 3" diameter mains to use 2.75" diameter cranks (351C
and aftermarket). The installation instructions state the spacers are to
be used with companion main bearings M-6333-A351 which have a 351W thrust
width and a 2.75" diameter That set-up has the thrust flange width to
fit the Sportsman crank (M-6303-E351). For race cranks, the Federal Mogul
spacer kit p/n 147MSEMI should be used. The Federal Mogual kit has 0.15"
less thrust flange width consistent with 351C bearings. Either kit must be
align bored and plateau honed (Ra 16mu In) to 0.2.9417"/2.9425". BTW, the
bearings do not have locating tangs and the spacers do not have tang slots.
The bearings are located longitudinally by eye and held in place by the
crush of bearing cap/main saddle fit.
