We're glad you could come down Laurie. I have posted a bunch of pix on
the SDP web site. Click on "News" and then click on one of the recent
update links ("Little Italy" is near the top).

Ah... that must be the bottle of 'vinegar' I won at the POCA Raffle.
(j/k)

Laurie....just back from San Diego's 2nd annual Italian automobile
festival,
in "Little Italy," where many streets were closed off for an all
Italian
marque extravaganza. We were a short step away from the water,
lavishing the
superb air, lots of great Italian restaurants, deli's, pubs, quaint
buildings
and shops, beautiful Italian cars galore, and Ducatis too. I refrained
from
buying Italian perfume from the street vendor, any T-shirt from
Symbolic's
exhibit or the $150. Ferrari Barbie. I think I may have finally grown
up.
About 15 Panteras from the San Diego Chapter and one Mangusta. I've
got a slew
of good photos.. like a close up and personal shot of Klaus' interior,
Mike
Becker's new (Kodiak) wheels, Marshall Smith's black beauty, George
Bagdaserian's head turner, my brothers' only upgrade (his radio), a new
person's (Brad
Diez) bright red modified version of a '74 w/ Corvette Z06 tailpipes, a

totally lovely looking cream colored suede headliner, custom dash
w/wild gauges,
Kinesis wheels, Brembo brakes, fuel cell, many upgrades and a photo
album
showing all his work on this originally green P. It was interesting
although it
made my (stock) brother cringe. His shop, Speedzone Paint and
Bodyworks, is
in Santee, no wonder! He just may become a new San Diego member. Many
more
P's and pics; and Bruce Mallory womanizing in front of his charcoal
gray
metallic P, I wont tell you everything so I have some content for a
mag. article.
As a final P. viewing, on the way home, quite late at night (incognito
in my
Trailblazer) Gordon and Yvonne Albrecht had no idea I was trailing
their
yellow P. on the freeway; every time I sped up, Gordon went even
faster. Good
movin' Gordon.
p.s. Thanks Ken Green for mentioning the Open House at the High
Performance
shop but due to this grand event, I was unable to partake. How was it?

I also have many bottles from the factory with Santiago Signature, yes
I
really enjoyed the wine when it was fresh, but then I love Lambrusco,
been
drinking it since I got the car in 75, but then I really don't drink,
except
in Vegas and Lambrusco, but hard to find in US.

Claudia gave me as many bottles as I could carry home from the factory,
she
said it had stored in a very hot building and might have turned to
Vinegar.
