[DeTomaso] No spark at Plugs - Method to check MSD Box???

SOBill, Jack - Anyone,
   
  The new engine, plumbing and everything is conneted in the Pantera..... but no spark at the plugs and double checked MSD distributor. 
   
  There's power to the MSD box but unsure how to check function of MSD box and loop to coil and back to box. Anyone know the procedure to check function????
   
  Anyone been done this dusty road before?
