Hello,

I am a new member and proud new owner of a 72 pre-L THPNMG03331, after 20 years of being a devoted fan of the car. It is red and has a flat black front hood, rear deck, and lower body half, with PANTERA GTS on the side and 10" Campys in the back. I have three questions:

1. I am looking to clean and wax the car. I've read Mike's pages where he uses the Mother's bar and Meguire cleaner and wax. My question is for those of you with the flat black portions, do those get the same treatment as the glossy surfaces? If not, what should I do there?

2. I'm in the process of joining the Great Lakes Chapter. I live in Fishers Indiana and and am looking to find other owners in the Indianapolis Indiana area. From reading some of the forum threads, I know of one: Jack Rans.

3. Lastly, if anyone knows any history or any previous owners of my car, any info would be greatly appreciated.

I'm thrilled with the car, impressed with the camaraderie amongst owners, and look forward to meeting all of you at future events.
