Did you notice the problem written of in recent months of Panteras with 
slightly loose halfshaft bolts? Only ONE bolt slightly loose of the 16 possible can 
cause a vibration a sensitive driver can hear/feel, and it tends to happen 
only under power. Your 350 Chev engine should have about the same torque as a 
351-C so this may be a cause thats certainly easy to check & fix. Another may be 
deteriorated engine mount  insulators allowing the powertrain to move under 
torque & touch something. Good luck- J Deryke
