Hi guys,

Here's a great, simple explanation for the need for hub-centering
rings, when aftermarket wheels with a too-large hub opening are run on
a car. FWIW I had horrible wheel vibration problems with a set of
Enkei wheels on one of my Sciroccos, that I fought to fix for years; a
$10 set of hub-centering rings finally licked it for good.

I know that Pantera East wheels are machined to perfectly fit the
Pantera hub (in fact, maybe *too* perfectly, as sometimes they need to
be honed or sanded a bit to be able to be removed without resorting to
rubber mallets), but if you are running any sort of Brand X wheel
(including late-model Ford wheels, which I think use a larger center
diameter), then these little rings are a real lifesaver.

Mike
