You know that game where ten people sit in a circle? You whisper
a story into the first person's ear and by the time it gets to
the 10th person, it's a different story. Sometimes the Dawg can
do that all by himself :-)

The block is an XE part number NASCAR 351C block. It's the crank
that caries an XH1 part number. The crank is a rare Ford forged
steel race crank made specifically for the 351C. It's a real 351C
dimension crank, not a modified 351W crank. These weren't supposed
to exist but like a lot of special parts were available if your
name was Jack Roush or Dyno Don.

Align-bored and 0.030" over are two separate things. The first
pertains to how the main bearing bores were trued and the second
has to do with the bore size.

Wiseco pistons yes, 6" Carrillo rods yes, but the crank is a Ford
part made on tooling developed for their race program. I was
comparing it to a Sonny Bryant crank as opposed to an Eagle or SCAT
crank.

I can post the details when I return to St. Louis. Too much to type
in right now.

Dawg, it might be worthwhile for me speak directly to Russ just
so nothing gets lost in the translation.
