I'm stripping the front trunk to bare metal and have installed a
dropped battery box.  The box has holes in both sides to route the
battery cables through.  The negative cable was easy to remove but
it appears the positive cable runs the length of the car.  I glanced
under the car but didn't see the cable but if I look from above, it
appears I can see light though the grommet which implies there is
some portion of the cable that is not routed through the interior
of the frame rails. If that is case, then it looks like the easiest
thing to do would be to cut the hole where the grommet is to a large
enough size to allow the cable end to slide through.

What's the best approach to work around the brake booster?  Should
I just remove the booster or the entire assembly at the firewall?

Also, I'm getting ready to install one of Marino's headliner.  Is
the 3M Super Trim Adhesive #051135-08090 compatible with the foam
backed vinyl headliner?
