Thanks for clearing that up.  It sure makes me wonder what I have now. 
The Crane cam I got is at least six years old, maybe more so perhaps the 
bolt hole is a bit different.  The stock bolt may or may not have a 
shoulder on it, I can't really be sure.  This is certainly interesting 
information you've given us.  I'm going to have to pay more attention 
the next time I do a rebuild.
