[DeTomaso] A/C Removal

Hi everyone, I want to take out my stock A/C system. Will put in a whole new modern one in the future. I want it out now for the POCONO event. Is there anything I should know to avoid a surprise? I only have one belt with the idler tension pulley that drives it so the Alt. and water pump are on one belt. I will remove the condenser and fan, A/C steel heavy mounting bracket,and my Sanyo rotary compressor The lines are connected and will try and leave them that way, it worked good in 1983 the last time I had it filled with Freon.
