After 6 years, 10k miles, 8 ORR's, plenty of time above 150 MPH, and
several track days, I can tell you the 335/35-17 Michelin MXX3 Pilots
fit just perfectly on my 11-inch rims.  Too bad I can't get them
anymore........

I take it back.  After poking around some more, it looks like there are
a
number of 335 tires that are within spec for 11" wheels.  A lot of
people
run with 335s on their 11" wheels without problems.

335 mm = 13.1", so you will get some good curb rash protection for your
fancy, shiny 11" wheels.
