The only way to beat a speeding ticket is to not have it written in the first place.

That is done by asking the officer if he knows who you are, followed by informing him that your taxes pay his salary, and that he should chill out down at Dunkin' Donuts with his free coffee and do-do's because you just don't have time for his foolishness.
