but did some one look at the Ebay link?

I have read your comment's and see that this could be a nice buy... the
crank here is a 4340 steel and is good for, let us say 1000 hp.. so that is
more than enough.. I am looking for 500 hp.
as Dan says its has longer rods than original, 6,125" for the 3,75" stroke
and 6,000" for the 4,0" stroke kit.. that is 1,2" of comp height. many says
to get the best out of the 4v heads you has to add cubic.. the 351 w block
has no problem getting 427 cu stroke out of it, that is 4,17" stroke and
have a top rpm well over 7000, that is on a 9,5 deck height.. so 0,30"
higher than the C , so if my math is ok a 3,57 stroke has a equal rod angle
(in 90deg) as the 427 at the same comp height (1,2 ")
( 4,17"/ 2 - 0,30" = 1,785" * 2 = 3,57") so to go bigger than 383 cu is no
good for high rpm..
do some one knows what the piston speed is the limits? Goran has 4,5" stroke
and go 7000 rpm,
that is 26,67M/s on the C with 3,75" stroke at 7500 we have 23,81 M/s with
4" stroke we have 25,4 M/s at 7500 rpms. the question her is the rod angle,
how big can it be? I want to go big in my cleveland, like 408 cu, but if it
then cant go like 7 -7500 rpms I gone choose smaller stroke..
the car is gone be used on track events and fun driving, high rpm means high
speed and longer gear....

much thinking getting down to words here :)
as the last question, will you recommend this kit on Ebay
