[DeTomaso] Performance tires for GT5-sized wheels

Mike, sorry that's not right. 
The tires are road legal, but not on a Pantera. 
The speedindex says max speed 240 Kilometers. 
That means, that the factory recomendet speed of the car shouldn't be higher than 232,5 Kilometers an our.
Its a big difference if you have for example 285-50 VR15 or a 285-50 R15 92V.
The first tire can be driven faster, if you don't use the full load index.
It came from the time when VR was the fastest speed index.
The second tire is only allowed up to 240 Kilometers an our.
