But there's nothing that says you have to make all your modifications at 
once.  Go ahead with your current plan, then TRY the car, really scientifically.  
You will probably find it still understeers like a pig.  A bigger rear bar 
won't fix it, but it will make it better.  But don't take my word for it--conduct 
the experiment yourself. :>)
