Bill,

The reason you had such a hard time with the windows going down all the
way can be clearly seen in picture #2.  That car is green. :)

Mike Dailey has posted an illustrated "how to" of the modifications  I
made 
to my '74 so the door windows would go fully down.

The impetus for this effort was a PI article from several years  ago. I 
worked the mods described in that article, but found several other areas
of 
interference on my car. I haven't been able to cite the source of  the
inspiration 
for this effort, because I do not know the author's name  and only have
a copy 
of the article. Help, anyone?
