CA car people are not organized. The last round of smog laws saw only a
few 
voters upset with the Smog Lords running the state. The rest were laying
on the 
beach & looking for others to take care of the problem for them- which
didn't 
happen. 
J DeRyke, living in Douglas County, NV where there are NO Smog laws at
all & 
taxes are low.
