[DeTomaso] NPC - Mid Engine airplanes - Hooks Man redux

Fires right through the crank?  This I gots to see....  How can you have
a crank throw that goes round and round without firing on a connecting
rod?

The ME109 used a big Mercedes inverted V-12--the crank was at the top,
and 
the cylinders pointed down.  So I guess technically it was an
A-12....The cannon 
was mounted behind the engine, and fired straight THROUGH the hollow 
crankshaft and right out the center of the prop's nosecone.

And the last version of the FW190 had an elongated nose and a
conventional 
(non-radial) engine--I think it was a V-12 (A-12?) also.
