Guy,
1A: All are doable. The address book just needs to be exported from the
Outlook express "File" command menu. Export as "Text File" always works
best for me. The inbox and sent folders are buried in your windows folders
but you should be able to find them with a search. I think they are .dbx
files........'inbox.dbx' has all of inbox mail 'sent.dbx' has all of your
sent mail, etc... You will want rename them before you put them on your new
computer. Once you have your new mail program open you can pick all of the
old mail from the folder you created and drag them into the new inbox or
just leave them in the archive folder. If you are moving from Windows 98 to
XP the files will be stored in a different location.
2: Right click the top of your mail program and make sure the Tool Bar is
checked.
