Try this recipe:
Slice 4 large ripe Haas avocados (don't mash and don't use green thin
skinned kind)
immediately sprinkle with 2 TBS. fresh lemon juice
cut up one small red onion in tiny pieces and cut into mixture 2 med.
vine ripened tomatoes sliced in small cubes also cut into mixture 2
generous dashes of your favorite hot tobasco sauce salt and pepper to
taste Add 1/4 cup chopped cilantro - if you like it. Mix all up and
leave the avocado pit(s) in it to retain color (don't eat
'em though... you know I had to say that).
Now depending on your persuasion, you can eat it with corn chips (if
you're
Southwestern, lavosh if you're Middle Eastern, Webers bread (if you're
a Ken
Greenish American), left over matzohs from the Seder past, handmade
corn
ground tortillas (if you boycotted work yesterday) pork rinds (if
you're a
Texan), Pritikin bread if you're aged, bran muffins if you're
constipated or with
macaroons and twinkies, if you're a TPR member.
