You could probably get the GM master cylinder with an adapter plate from 
Precision Proformance, and just use the usual slightly longer intermediate rod. 
I'm ashamed to say I don't know what the bore sizes are in our current brake 
master, but Don Byars undoubtably does. Sorry- J DeRyke
