Dorsey,

A positive is 180 headers should most notably flow better and add power to 
the higher rpm range over the stock system.
They sound different....maybe a positive or negative depending on who you 
are.
One negative is you probably will need to add a heat shield to avoid cooking 
the paint off of your deck lid.......and you can not use the trunk insert.
Bob Byers at Precision Proformance has a couple of styles of 180 headers for 
your application.
