I know they were unavailable for some time, and then Larry Stock found 
a source; have you tried him?

Assuming you have exhausted the Pantera vendor resources, it's 
important to remember that this light, like many other fiddly bits, is 
probably common to a host of other Italian cars of the day, and almost 
certainly Maserati.

Let's see.  Hack the stopwatch, start Google search looking for 
Maserati parts, then dome light, find it:
