I am considering an Accusump installion over a larger oil pan and not
cutting the frame, any pros, cons?

>>>I consider an Accusump a band-aid fix for the application you are
mentioning. They are nice to have for startup, and also to protect the
motor in case of a failure, but I would not rely on it as a *primary*
means of oil control. The right thing to do is to fit a proper oil
pan; that renders an Accusump mostly superfluous unless you are
absolutely anal about having full oil pressure at startup.

cooler
up front as well.

>>>The factory Gr4 race cars had a big oil cooler mounted in the nose
of the car, but I honestly don't know what issues are involved in
proper oil circulation when you introduce 15 feet of additional oil
lines. Would you then need a high pressure pump, or high volume, or
both? I honestly don't know.

I can tell you that I love my air-oil coolers on my front-engined cars,
but I would probably be disinclined to try to fit one on a Pantera,
instead going for a water-oil cooler mounted in the engine bay.
