[DeTomaso] Cerullo Seats for the Pantera

Just a heads up on Cerullo Seats...I talked to the owner of Cerullo Seats
about two weeks ago to see if he had a set of tracks that would fit Cerullo
Seats to a Pantera....he started asking questions about my seats...and made
the statement that they must be thrashed if I was replacing them? I replied
no many Pantera owners replace the seats for better support and comfort, but
its tough finding a good seat that fits the car. He immediately saw a niche
market to make seats for the Pantera...He said he will come to my house
(since I am in Southern California) in about one week and measure my Pantera
for tracks and he is also going to look into building a specific custom seat
to fit the needs of a Pantera. Based on all the posts to the forums and a
few emails from Mike Drew, it seems the biggest issues with a Pantera seat
replacement is the seat bottom being too thick for taller drivers. So I will
let him know that so he can design and build appropriately. Any other issues
or suggestions with the replacement seats let me know by sending me an email
in the next week to Tborcich at msn.com.
