Um. No.

The 351C head has a water jacket in it yes, but it is ONLY accessible 
from the block side (combustion chamber side) of the head.  The side 
facing the intake has zero, zilch, nada, none, as in it ain't got any 
holes at all for water on the intake side.

Therefore if it is leaking, it is coming from the head gasket, not an 
intake gasket (because there are no coolant holes facing the intake.

Now, if that is what you meant Chris, my apologize, I didn't understand 
your post properly.
