Agreed.  Unless the radius is done very well, there will be stress
concentrations at the new filet.  If it's a rare, hard to find crank
that you are not expecting too much HP out of, that's fine.  In this
case, I'd pass.  There are LOTS of 351C cranks around.

I had the same thoughts too Chuck. I never liked having a crank 
that is more than ten under. I guess there is no problem with 
twenty under, ten was just a rule of thumb we always used.
