[DeTomaso] Cam Identification

Some cam manufactures call this LSA or Lobe Separation Angle just to
make it confusing!

Lobe centerline angle.  It's the anle between the intake and exhaust
lobes.
On a single cam pushrod engine this is ground into the cam blank.
