[DeTomaso] air dam and rubber sheet

Yeah, I bought the oil cooler a couple years ago and I traded some
trailer time for the air dam.  It needs some fiberglass work...
 
Who is good with fiberglass in the bay area?  I also need some very
stiff rubber sheet that is about a quarter inch thick, 3 inches wide,
and 4-5 feet long.  Anyone have a good source for such a thing?  I need
to put a stiff barrier straight down under my radiator so at idle in
traffic I get some decent air flow through my radiator instead of just
circulating the hot air round and round!
