Ok, I knew it would be someone......

Johnny, if you want a tour, let me know.  MySpace is set up specifically
to not allow parental monitoring.  In fact there is no way (other than a
keystroke or URL monitor) to make sure your child is going and doing
what they say.  It all depends on the sophistication of your child and
their friends.  And if they aren't doing it at home, you can bet they
can do it down at the local library (since the government feels they
should have their own privacy at the tender age of 13!) and not be
"censored"!

Don't get me started.....

Wait, you are actually encouraging My Space?  That is the most evil
place on earth.  Even you might be surprised to see what really goes on

Since I heard my name, I feel inclined to divulge my  opinion on the 12
and 
14 year olds reading this forum.  If they find  anything remotely
interesting 
here, I doubt that some replacement symbols would  do much of anything
except 
waste their time.  If the vulgar.... I  mean "flamboyant" individuals on
here 
who offer their real  life experiences are censored, this place  just
wouldn't 
be what it is.  I'm not quite sure  what it is, but it is what it is.
The question I ponder is why a parent would allow his  children to read
his 
mail?  Sharing is one thing but this leads me to  question the
insipidness of 
his mail, tch tch,  this isn't  looking good.  I don't think this is an
Oprah 
issue, but rather one  for Dr. Phil, TV shrink and car guy.
Why don't the kids have their own (monitored) "My  Space?"
