Fred,

In 73 and 74 I regularly drove my friends 1963 Split Window Corvette to High 
School auto tech class to work on it for him. It was an rare car at the time 
but still just a ten year old car.

He sold the car in 75 for 10K to help pay for a house. He had about 4K into 
it.
