[DeTomaso] 351c oil filter

I recently pulled my engine.  I have screens epoxied in the head drainbacks
(done by a previous owner).  There was a cottony substance in the screens.
The most likely culprit is oil filter guts.

I usually use Motorcraft FL1A filters.  I've used a Fram PH8A before, but it
has been quite a while.

     Russ Fulp reported problems with a couple Fram filters,  the ones with 
the black non-slip surface. One or both had plugged up and restricted oil 
flow.
