I'm going to replace the plugs, but I've never felt a misfire on this set.

The filter is a permanent K&N one as part of the JR CAI. I just clean it 
at oil changes.

I just filled the tank so it'll be a couple of weeks before I use it up, 
which puts me past the deadline for the test.

Can't because the JR CAI blocks the view of the timing marks. However, I 
plan on re-installing the stock exhaust, so I should be able to check 
the timing then.
