[Miata] steering rack bushing replacement Qs

Mazda felt the steering rack mounting on the NA could be improved,
that's why they changed it for the NB.

If my car was already wildly modified and the bushings had perished, I would consider harder bushings as long as I had to do the job anyway, but I wouldn't do the change just to do it.
