[Miata] steering rack bushing replacement Qs

Hi Keith,

I'm sure that Mazda had good reasons to change the steering rack mounting
when they went from NA to NB.

However, does installing poly bushings on an NA rack make it better or more
"NB"-like in some good way?

Mazda felt the steering rack mounting on the NA could be improved,
that's why they changed it for the NB.
