[Miata] 2000 exhaust turbo?

What is your goal in upgrading the exhaust? I think the only performance
upgrade that is worthwhile for an otherwise unmodified n/a car would be an
aftermarket exhaust header or a 2001-2005 stock exhaust manifold. The one
that came on the '99-00 cars is pretty crappy.
Otherwise, you're upgrading for sound, which is fine, if that's what you're
after.
Turbo exhausts and n/a exhausts don't have too many shared pieces. In my
case, I'm holding out for the turbo before I even think about the exhaust.
There's too much other stuff to work on in the meantime (rollbar, chassis
stiffening, suspension, engine management, and of course, the stereo).
