I don't know if it's just me but does anyone else have trouble with the
concept of a Fit Sport???

A friend and his wife have a first generation Fit "sport" and they just
love it. They report phenomenal gas mileage and zero problems. It has
always been hard to get a deal on one, as stated invoice is pretty close to
MSRP - but in these days of $4 a gallon gas you may be lucky if all they
try to ask for is MSRP :-) .

The Yaris may be an OK car, but it does not test NEARLY as well as the Fit
in the car mags, etc. The Yaris also suffers from the Toyota option problem
- too many options make it hard to find the car equipped like you want in
the color you want. The base Yaris does not even come with a radio. The
Fit has 2 trim levels, choose one and your color and you are done.

If you like the looks, the one price to all Scion xB and xD (used to be the
xA) come pretty loaded for a "cheap" price and get decent mileage and are
Toyota reliable.
