No, they didn't.  Guess I'll just do it myself once I get the car back today.  It'd possibly save me having to replace it (I mean, the CPS is just a magnet with a wire coming out of it, right?).

So, going back to my first response, did anybody ever check 
the gap on the crank sensor?

    Update from the dealer: the car had a fault code for the 
      Crank Position Sensor (not Cam).  I politely said "no" when they 
      quoted me $325 to change it out.  They also found an arc mark on the 
      plug wire going into the #3 cylinder and suggested changing the wires and 
      plugs (or at least the #3 plug).  

Does this sound 
      reasonable?
